When should i service my system?

We recommend a yearly service to all of your HVAC systems. Its best to service your A/C system in the spring-time before the cooling season begins. Servicing your heating system prior to the heating season is best. This not only ensures that your systems are running properly all year, but will allow any repairs to be made without discomfort to you.

will installation be messy and take a long time?

Most people are nervous about how invasive a new installation can be. Our installation teams are trained to work as neatly and quickly as possible. Most jobs can be done in a day or two and you home will look as if we were never there.

what kind of warranty do we offer?

All of the new heating systems we install include a Lifetime Heat Exchanger and 5-10 yr Parts warranty.
Our Air Conditioning systems come with a 10 yr Compressor and 5 yr Parts warranty.
Also, we include a 1 yr Labor warranty on all of our work.
We do offer an extended warranty that varies with each manufacturer

Do we offer financing?

Yes we do. We offer multiple types of financing. We also accept credit cards, checks, and cash

what areas do we service?

We service all of the North Shore area. From Boston to Southern New Hampshire.

are we licensed and insured?

We carry many types of insurance to help protect our workers as well as your home.
We hold many state and federal licenses and certifications. We have amassed thousands of hours of school and outside training over the years.

do we do any gas piping or electrical work?

We have a Master Plumber as well as a Master Electrician on staff. So 100% of our projects can be handled in-house without the need to hire an outside company

Do we work with gas and oil systems?

We work with all gas heating and hot water systems.
While we do install oil heating systems, we do not perform routine service on oil burners. It is better to have your oil provider do this service for you so they are familiar with your system and it’s performance.

Do heat pumps work in our area

Many people believe that Heat Pumps do not work in our region of the country. Although this used to be true, most Heat Pump systems made today can efficiently heat a home when it’s -15 degrees outside.
