Logan has 2.5 years of hands-on experience in both HVAC service and installation. He’s built a strong skill set working on a variety of systems and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Logan is eager to continue expanding his knowledge and developing into a well-rounded HVAC technician. He’s always open to learning, improving his craft, and taking on new challenges in the field.

Randy is our Field Operations Manager and the longest-tenured member of ACS Mechanical, with 15 years on our team. He is instrumental in our day-to-day operations, overseeing installations while also supporting the hiring and development of new team members. With hands-on experience across installation, service, and training, Randy brings a well-rounded skill set and strong leadership that make him a key part of our continued success.

Erin is the Office Manager at ACS Mechanical, bringing over six years of experience in the HVAC industry. She joined the team to support company growth and has played a key role in strengthening daily operations over the past year and a half. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, Erin advanced through dispatch, customer service management, and operations. Today, she oversees office and operational management, helping ensure a smooth experience for both customers and the ACS team.

Tony brings 7 years of experience as a Lead Service Technician, with a strong background in residential and commercial HVAC systems. His expertise includes boilers, oil systems, and a wide range of heating and cooling equipment. Tony is known for his diagnostic skills, leadership in the field, and ability to handle complex service calls with confidence and efficiency. With years of hands-on experience, he takes pride in delivering reliable solutions and ensuring systems are operating safely and properly for our customers.

Viktor is an experienced Installation Technician with nearly 4 years in the HVAC field. He has a strong background in system installations and takes pride in delivering clean, efficient work that meets the highest standards. Viktor plays a key role in ensuring each installation is completed properly, safely, and built to last. He is always looking to continue growing his skill set and expanding his knowledge within the trade, bringing a steady, reliable approach to every job.
